One of the funniest things she has done recently is recognize what her bottle means. Now if she sees it on the counter she'll reach out and start to grunt in complaint. One thing is for sure, she is like her Daddy when it comes to food. When she is hungry, we get less then ten seconds to get it ready before there is all out screaming. Patients = None. (for both of them!!) :)
Five Month Rundown:
- Sleep: Been waking up a few times a night. Most nights she is not hungry, she just wants to snuggle. Trying not to bring her in our bed to fall back to sleep (I sleep HORRIBLE when we do this) but sometimes I can barely sit upright in the rocking chair. It's starting to make me crazy. :)
- Teeth: 0 but maybe soon. She is drooling like crazy.
- Play: Loves to log roll (can only go one way) and reach for toys hanging in front of her. Also recently put her in her Jumparoo which she will play in for 15-20 minutes. Yay, free hands!
- Bumbo: Loves to sit and watch me fold laundry. Loves to be in the sitting position, but not ready to do it herself yet.
- Likes: Seeing Mom/Dad, snuggling before nap time, splashing in the bath, being outside!
- Dislikes: Changing clothes, waiting for her bottle to warm up.
- Weight: Somewhere between 15-16 pounds. (At the 4 month check, she weighted 14.6)
