2 Years Old

2 Year Run Down:

 

Weight: 27lbs

Height: 2 ft. 8 inches

Teeth: 16

Likes: Being outside, riding on anything with a motor(4 wheeler, tractor, snowmobile) reading books, telling Emmie what to do, pretend play with her babies, drawing, helping mom with housework(cleaning, laundry, cooking)

Dislikes: Brushing her teeth, washing her hair, leaving a friend's house when she is having fun, having to come in the house when she is playing outside.

What she's up to: Running, jumping, and climbing. Her favorite spot is the backrest of the couch so she can look out the window. She loves, Loves, LOVES to be outside and we have to trick her to get her in the house most evenings. I'm not sure what we'll do when she figures out how to get outside by herself.

 

 

Mya had a small birthday party with all of her Grandmas and Grandpas. She had fun being the star of he show and got very spoiled by everyone.

After work we went to see Mya's present from Grandpa Mastey. ;)

She even got to bring the John Deere back to the farm with Grandpa to make room for the new combine in the shed. Talk about one happy girl.

After the farm business we were spoiled with an ice cream treat at Dairy Queen with our best gal pal.

Today was Mya's 2 year echocardiogram and she did great! She didn't cry and even sat pretty still while the Dr's worked. (Of course there was some M&M bribery in there...but that's expected.)


We are very thrilled to say that her 3rd and final VSD closed all by itself! We're so happy to have some worry relief.

So we were home for all of an hour and eating dinner when we had a minor accident. Mya pulled the kitchen chair over and the backrest gashed her head open.

Yep, first ER visit for my little girl. Of course I needed a picture or two for the baby book!

Everyone's alright. We ended up with 4 stitches and a black and blue eye.  Don't worry, girls are tough. Not much of a birthday present though.... :)
